Account Manager – China

eyeSight is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and manage the execution of projects and pre-sales activities in China, working mainly in the Automotive sector with leading OEMs and Tier-1s such as we as companies in the IoT sector. The Account Manager is responsible for fluent management of the pre-sales activities as well as the ongoing implementation of project requirements with customers, managing projects with technical testing procedures and meeting the timelines and  sales objectives. The Account Manager will oversee the planning of project timelines and resources, with the aim of efficiently managing the interface between customers and eyeSight’s R&D team, to align with the projects’ progress, requirements and results.

 

The position is based in Shenzhen, China.

Responsibilities include:

  • Good understanding of the automotive industry, markets and products, with focus on sales and project management and execution
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing accounts in the Automotive industry with Tier 1 and OEMs in China.
  • Strong sales / account management background
  • Project Management experience
  • Willingness to travel frequently within China - Up to 60% of the time

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business management or related field
  • MBA or Degree in Business administration – an advantage
  • High self-motivation to achieve goals and able to work remotely
  • Resourceful; strong problem resolution skills, maneuver between internal company constrains and ability to run internal company functions
  • Good presentation and written communication skills
  • High level of inter-personal skills in developing relationship with Tier 1 Partners and OEM customers
